Italian Speakers Can You Please Help Me With This?

I have an italian homework to write a 200 word essay on what part from Italy i’d like to visit. And so i did!
can you just read it and please verify that there isn’t any errors? wheter it’s grammatical errors or anything?
If I could travel to Italy I would like to visit Sicily. Because from what I’ve learned about it, it has really good climate, lots of clear water, and beautiful beaches; which reminds me a lot of my own country. Not only that, but their culture and traditions seem really interesting, such as the “Valle dei Templi” and “The Cathedral of Monreale” it looks like a beautiful church that I’d really like to visit, I’d also like to be part of their traditions and learn how to communicate with people better. Sicily is an island located in the Mediterranean Sea which is one of the major reasons its waters are so clear and abundant, and I’ve heard that the fishing is really popular and a big part of their economy. When talking about food you can’t forget Sicily, because they grow a lot of fruits, cotton, wheat, corn, etc. Lately they’ve also been popular for their wines that have been sold all over the world. Sicily has so much natural beauty that I’d like to see, and also meet new people and understand their culture better. One of the benefits is that I can gain a lot of experience from this and use it in the future. Sicily looks like the number one place for a nice and enjoyable vacation.

English To Italian Translation Again Please !?

Dear Stefano and Ilva,
I have reassured my mother that I will definitely be going to visit my aunt and uncle and their children. I know that Ilva says to insist that my parents travel to Italy with me, but my mother is not in very good health. She cannot travel, it is too hard on her.
You two are amazing ! The girls would love to see Rome, and then visit Sicily ! They want me to bring my video recorder with my digital camera ! Jessica has heard of the Isle of Capri, a place called the Blue Grotto ? How far is that from where we will be ?
I told her that we are mostly there to see family ,and that Rome & Sicily will be more than enough, for the short time that we will be there. I guess we will have to come back in another 2 years.
We are very much looking forward to this holiday ! I am sure that it will be very memorable !
We can’t wait to see you again !
But please do not go to so much trouble just for us !
Understand ?
Bye for now.
Lots of hugs and Kisses.
