where would you go for 7 days in the last week of June, will be going to hawaii in December, so don’t really want a beach holiday but do want to relax during that week. Plus i don’t want it to be very far from U.K. (to save time on travel)

I would suggest Malta. Only 3 -1/2 hours from the UK. They have temples still standing that date before the pyramids, decent nite life. Slow pace. The prices are still cheap compared to most of Europe. It’s also very safe! The weather is lovely and warm. So what are you waiting for?
